MITA-Mobile Internet Technical Architecture Seminar

Time and Place:

The seminar will meet 14 times in the autumn term starting on 10.9.2003 (week 37). The meeting time is every Wednesday during 15:15 - 17:00 in the seminar room specified by the local organizer. Each organizer arranges the presentations by local students according to the following week schedule. The seminar is live video broadcasted to all the sites. Nokia guest lectures are given in Oulu and Otaniemi. See also the attached seminar table:

Organisation:

MITA seminar is organized by Oulu University in Oulu and Raahe sites together with Tampere Lappeenranta and Helsinki Universities of Technology. Lectures are based on expert or student presentations or on recorded material. Student presentations can be also based on group work. Most seminar presentations are delivered in real time over video to all attached locations. All presentations are recorded and they will be available together with attached english presentation slides in Web as reference material for similar courses arranged by the organizing institutes.
