The course is an introduction of a new field in ITC, a consolidation between Internet and Mobile Services. The Mobile Internet Services Architecture introduces the first steps towards a comprehensive reference model for vendor independent Internet based modular service aiding the creation and management of value added services. Moreover, MISA is not a fixed but a developing model and it would be important to apply it in new application development and modelling. The lectures are reviewing also the technologies and their implementations. The exercises will reveal to the students the current level of development or state of the art of the technologies and implementations of the models presented in the lectures. Finally, we believe that MISA is a compulsory prerequisite for all those who work in advanced mobile Internet service research and development.
